Renovated in 2018, Priuli Luxury Rooms is set in the heart of Split, just steps away from the Diocletian’s Palace. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with modern furnishings, high ceilings, and an LCD cable TV. Free coffee and tea can be ordered into the room during the day.
All rooms have parquet floors, designer furnishings and luxurious bathrooms with bathrobes and slippers.
Various restaurants, bars and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The popular seaside promenade called Riva is a good spot to relax and enjoy the sun in one of the many cafés. It leads from the Diocletian’s Palace to the Marjan Park-Forest which offers panoramic views of the city.
Split Bus and Train Stations, as well as Split Ferry Port, with frequent links to numerous Dalmatian Islands, are 700 m away. Split International Airport is at a distance of 25 km. The UNESCO-protected town of Trogir is 30 km from the Priuli.

Hi, I'm looking at the deluxe quuen room annex which says there is 2 single beds and a large double bed but I can't see any photos of a room with these beds. I can only see rooms with either two single beds or a double.

Hello, our parking is very secure as we have a garage box next door. The cost of our garage box is 20 Eur per Night. Check out from the garage is max 11 AM next day. If You want to park at public parking it costs between 5-7 kuna per hour.

Hi do you do collection from harbour and return to airport transfers and if so how much? Is bed linen and towels provided?

Hello we can do collection from the Port and Split Airport. Collection from the port costs 7 Eur for up to 3 persons. Airport transfer is 40 Eur for up to 4 persons. Thank You Priuli

Hello we have two locations, main building is in Sinjska 1 street and the rooms are on the first floor, the annex building is located in Vukovarska 5 street and we help with luggage as the rooms are on the third floor without elevator. Priuli

Hello, at our main location in Sinjska 1 street there are only 10 - 12 stairs to get to the reception and rooms, the other location in Vukovarska 5 has rooms at the third floor where we take care of the luggage. Thank you Priuli

Excellent!
Had an amazing stay - the location is perfect - extremely close to everything. Despite being in the touristy area of the city and my room facing the street, the rooms are very well isolated and I could not hear any noise from the people/cars outside. The rooms are well decorated, modern and have a perfectly functioning AC (which seems to be quite rare these days). There is also no 'stingy' policy, or cutting corners on providing a great experience. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive. Prior to my stay I had to book the taxi ride through Priuli (which I highly recommend) as I was flying in very late. Was received by someone on reception that explained everything in the room in detail and gave great tips of what to do and where to go in town. At the end of my stay I could leave my bags at reception after checkout as I did some more city walking prior to leaving Split. Would absolutely stay there again.
